Clean the surface of the mounting brackets (1) and (2) and glue the protective
strips (8) to their underside as shown in the detailed drawing.
Cut openings for the now covered holes in the protective strips (8).
Screw the mounting brackets (1) and (2) onto the vehicle.
WARNING: Use liquid thread locker for the screws (3)!
Do not tighten the screws yet.
