Always use pot holders to remove the grill and the pan.

Do not use the oven if there is any damage to the door or
its seals. In case of malfunction do not tamper with the
appliance, but take it to the authorized service.
Handle with care fresh-cooked food to avoid risk of
burning. Remove the plug after each use.
Never leave the appliance unattended while it is running.
Do not place the oven in water or other liquids and avoid
splashing of liquids on the unit.
Never use plastic containers for traditional oven cooking.
Before every use, unroll the power cord. Remove all
packaging materials from the cooking compartment.
Do not use the appliance as a heating unit. Do not insert
anything in the ventilation windows.
Before cleaning, always unplug the unit from the
electrical outlet and wait for the complete cooling of each
part of the appliance.
Put on solid and stable surfaces only. Leave enough space

Keep the unit away from flammable materials, curtains,
heat sources, cold spots and steam. Do not use the oven as
a shelf support for objects or as a place to store food, pots,

The contact between 2 enamel parts (tray and
internal walls) may cause white signs similar to
scratches on the internal walls of the oven. At the first
use wipe the internal walls with a damp cloth; in this
way eventual signs will disappear. After the first use,
this operation will not be necessary anymore.
