CO ² Solenoid Valve Pro
Recommended accessories: For semi-automatic or fully automatic control there is the option
to retrofit a CO ² Solenoid Valve Pro. The CO ² Solenoid Valve Pro is screwed between the fitting
and the needle valve . Remove the needle valve from the needle valve. Then connect the needle

valve to the connecting screw of the CO ² Solenoid Valve Pro
outer thread of the connections with 4 – 5 layers of Teflon tape
100 % tightness. Then screw the completely assembled CO ² Solenoid Valve Pro into the fitting
Align the CO ² Solenoid Valve Pro and check the threaded connections for tightness!
Safe Valve
(for CO ² Set 500) (item no. 80180)
The Safe Valve is a maximum high security, top quality product. If has been designed and tested by Dupla for the
aquarium. The right connection and proper use are crucial for its reliability and long working life. When used with the
CO ² Set 500, it is connected ahead of the CO ² Reactor 500.
Assembly:
1. The sealing disc may not always lie on its seating due to transportation or storage (changes from hot to cold). Check
before fitting that the valve is tight.
2. The valve should always be fitted with the direction of flow upwards. The arrow on the valve must always point in
the direction of flow.
3. Attach the hose ends with enclosed clamps to the hose nozzles.
4. Dust coming in through the airpump or rust film particles from the CO ² bottle can influence the performance of the check valve
over time.
