Locking cam is
worn or broken.
2.
Improper
operation of reel.
Reel tension is wrong.
Suggested Solution(s)
1.
Have a qualified technician
replace spring canister.
2.
Pull out hoses again and listen for
four clicks. Hose will now rewind
automatically.
Decrease spring tension. Refer to
Adjusting Spring Tension.
