Device-specific additional instructions for nailer
4
Filling the magazine
Ensure that nailer and fasteners are compatible (Chap. 1) with
each other.
Check fasteners for proper condition.
Turn the tool upside down, press the lock 1 and pull the
lower slide 2 backwards. Release the locking button 1,
insert the clamps 3 into the magazine. Then push the lower
slide forward again.
5
Adjustment of the automatic firing frequency
The frequency of the automatic valve is adjustable with a slot
head screwdriver by turning adjustment screw 1. To increase
the firing frequency, the screw needs to be turned counter-
clockwise, to decrease it needs to be turned clockwise.
6
Adjusting the threshold between single actuation and automatic function
Slightly pressing the trigger 1 actuates a single shot. By
pressing the trigger further the tool is switched into automatic
mode. The threshold between single actuation and automatic
actuation is adjustable via the adjustment of bushing 2. The
bushing can be turned with the special wrench that is delivered
with the tool. By screwing the bushing deeper into the housing
the trigger needs to be pressed more for automatic function of
the tool. Consequently by moving the bushing further away
from the tool housing, the automatic actuation is switched to
sooner.
7
Removing stuck fasteners from the driving channel
Disconnect the tool from the compressed air supply. Open the magazine as described in chapter 4 and
remove the staples. Then reconnect the tool to the compressed air supply and refill it with staples
