5.2 Installation and use
WARNING
Installation and maintenance must be only carried out by qualified technician.
Never let your appliance operating without supervision.
Always operate with dry hands.
Operating never move or tilt your appliance.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The principle of induction is to combine a quick reaction and the advantage of the electricity ae the possibility
to obtain the desire heating in a short time.
The appliance must be totally unwrapped and all protective parts must be removed.
Place the appliance on a flat, stable, heat-resistant work surface.
Never install the appliance near open fires or other heating appliances.
The electrical safety of this appliance is ensured only if it is correctly connected to an efficiently earthed
system in accordance with electrical safety regulations.
Check that your supply and sockets are sufficient to the total load taken by your appliance which is stated on
the rating plate.
Electric cable must be protected at least 16 Amp. The use of adaptors, multiple sockets and/or extensions is
not recommended and can lead to disconnect the appliance.
The use of suitable pan
- Stainless steel or cast iron;
- Stainless steel or cast iron unglazed or iron;
- Steel 18/10 and aluminium if they are stamped for use for induction.
For a perfect use pan that must be perfectly flat, magnetic and with a diameter of 12 to 24 cm.
Non suitable pan
- Pan with distorted base;
- Ceramic pans or in glass resistant to hot temperature;
- Aluminium, bronze, or copper except if stamped able to be used on induction plate;
- Diameter of pan less than 12cm;
- Kitchen battery with feet.
CAUTION
Only use cooking accessories indicated for induction cooking.
To obtain the best possible results from your hob make sure that the contact is good: if the magnetic field is
not effective it will lead to the security locking activation and the appliance stop heating. That why avoid using
pan in aluminium, bronze or non-metallic.
