rectify a problem yourself. Otherwise you should contact the customer service depart-
ment. Do not attempt to repair a defective device yourself!

Potential solution
The device has not been activated.
The mains plug has not been connected with a socket.
The service life of the UV light has been exceeded. It
must be replaced. (see chapter "Changing the UV light").
Your nails were not under the UV light long enough.
Your nails were not directly under the UV light.
You may have used too much UV gel.
After hardening, the so-called "adhesive layer"
(polymerisation layer) remains on the nail. Remove it
with the fi nishing solution.
Evenly apply another thin coat of UV gel and harden
the nails again.
