1.- Plug the power cord (3) of the fryer into a suitable outlet.
The ON/OFF button will flash red.
2.- Put the rack (5) in the basket (4) and put the ingredients on the rack.
Do not fill the basket above the "MAX" mark. Put the basket in the fryer to cook the food.
3.- Push the ON/OFF button to activate the buttons on the fryer's control panel (1). The buttons
will glow white.
NOTE:
If the fryer is not started within 5 minutes it will go into standby mode and all the
controls will turn off. Push the ON/OFF button again to activate the control buttons.
4.- The display (j) will show 15 minutes and 180º C as default values.
5.- Set the temperature using the temperature setting buttons (i). You can set the temperature
between 40º C and 200º C at 5ºC intervals.
6.- Set the time using the time setting buttons (n). You can set the time from 1 to 60 minutes at
1 minute intervals.
7.- The fryer has eight pre-defined cooking programmes. Push the menu button (l) to choose
one of the eight programmes. The selected programme will flash on the control panel.
