External SNMP I Pro RS 232
Follow below steps to install and connect the external SNMP I Pro RS 232 card :
Step 1: Use one Ethernet cable to connect to Ethernet port (1) of the external SNMP I Pro RS232.
Step 2: Use a RJ45/ RS232 cable (provided) to connect to RS232 port (2) of the external SNMP I Pro RS232
and RS232 port (DB9) of the UPS.
Step 3: Then, use bundled USB cable to connect to USB port (3) of the external SNMP I Pro RS232 and 5V
DC USB power source.
3. Configuration
a)
Please install SNMP I Pro software in your PC. After software is installed successfully, the Installer will
leave a shortcut icon on your desktop.
b)
Enter specific IP address to search all SNMP I Pro devices in LAN. The SNMP web manager is default
applied static IP address as 192.168.102.230, default subnet mask as 255.255.255.0, and default
gateway as 192.168.102.1. Users can modify IP address or apply DHCP mode through web server of
SNMP card, SSH Client or SNMP I Pro Web Manager.
