ATTENTION

INTENDED USE
This product is used as a voltage tester on electrical 3 to 48 volt systems in the automotive sector.
Any other use does not correspond to the intended purpose and is forbidden.
SAFETY INFORMATIONS
When using electric tools, fundamental precautionary measures must always be ensured in order to
reduce the risk of personal injury and property damage .

Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area.
•
Do not allow children to play with this product or its packaging.
•
Make sure the work area is adequately lit.
•
Keep the work area clean, tidy, dry and free of other materials.
•
Do not allow untrained persons to work with this tool.
•
Do not make any changes to the product.
•
This product is exclusively used for testing electrical systems with 3 to 48 volts DC voltage
(automotive sector). Never use it for testing systems with more than 48 volts DC voltage, there is a
risk of fatal electric shock.
•
Never leave the test lamp connected to a voltage unattended.
•
Never work on electrical systems with wet hands.
•
The measuring tip is located under the protective cap. Caution this is very sharp and can cause
injuries. It is imperative that the protective cap be reinstalled after use.
•
Do not use the product if it is damaged.
USE
1. Connect the crocodile clip (2) to a cable of the circuit or to ground.
2. Touch the test probe (3) to the other cable of the circuit.
3. Plus-LED (5) or Minus-LED (4) lights up, depending on the potential present at the test tip.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste.
All tools, accessories and packaging should be sorted, taken to a recycling centre
and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment
DISPOSAL
Dispose of this product at the end of its working life in compliance with the
EU Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment.
Contact your local solid waste authority for recycling information or
give the product for disposal to BGS technic KG or to an electrical appliances retailer
