Avoid using the pressure cooker when cooking these foods, except
when indicated in one of the Espressions recipes for this Smart
Pressure Cooker.

Inspect the steam valve, pressure relief valve, and lockout guard
before each use of the appliance to ensure they are not clogged.

Never place unprotected or bare skin over the steam valve or
pressure relief valve when the appliance is in use or depressurising.

Do not move the appliance when in use, when it is hot or when the
inner pot still contains ingredients.
•
Wait until the pressure relief valve is down before opening the lid
in a programme involving high-pressure cooking. Never force the lid
open when the pressure relief valve is up.

Avoid contact with ingredients or spilling food, as this can cause
serious burns.
Espressions is very safety-conscious in the design and manufacture of
consumer products, but it is essential that the user of the product also
exercises care when using electrical appliances. The list below contains
