manufacturing defects. Should any such defect develop or become evident within one year from the date of
purchase, Viatek will replace the entire product or, at its option, repair or replace the defective part(s) without
charge. This warranty does not cover: batteries, bulbs, flashlights damaged due to normal wear, abuse, improper
maintenance, battery leakage, disassembly of parts, scratches to the finish (considered normal wear), or attempted
repair by anyone other than an authorized employee of Viatek. Viatek may elect to repair or replace damaged units
covered by the terms of this warranty. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only, and is not transferable
or assignable to subsequent purchasers. Viatek requires reasonable proof of purchase. Therefore, we strongly
recommend that you retain your sales receipt or invoice. This warranty is void if damage or malfunction is due to
abuse or failure to operate product in accordance with instructions. This warranty gives you specific legal rights
