CAUTIONS AND MAINTENANCE
• Do not start or stop the cooling process by plugging or unplugging the power cord.
• If the water dispenser is not applied for a long time, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet and open the drain cap
to drain the surplus water. After draining, close the drain cap.
• Clean the water dispenser regularly with soft cloth. Do not wash the cabinet with water.
• Switch power has been used in some models of electronic refrigeration water dis-penser. Its protective function works
under the following circumstances: short circuit, power line voltage is higher or lower than normal conditions, radiator
fan is open circuit, sensor (NTC) is open circuit, etc. If the indicator turns off (on pro-tective condition), Please cut the
power off and shoot the trouble; or switch off, then switch on 5 seconds later.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
The Manufacturer provides warranty in accordance with the legislation of the customer's own country of residence, with a
minimum of 1 year (Germany: 2 years), starting from the date on which the appliance is sold to the end user. The warranty
only covers defects in material or workmanship. The repairs under warranty may only be carried out by an authorized serv-
ice centre. When making a claim under the warranty, the original bill of purchase (with purchase date) must be submitted.
The warranty will not apply in cases of:
• Normal wear and tear
• Incorrect use, e.g. overloading of the appliance, use of non-approved accessories
• Use of force, damage caused by external influences
• Damage caused by non-observance of the user manual, e.g. connection to an unsuitable mains supply or non-compli-
ance with the installation instructions
• Partially or completely dismantled appliances

before calling for Repair Service.

Possible cause
• Excessive use of hot water.
• Water dispenser is not powered on.
• The cooling time is short.
The grounding is not very well.
Keg broken, or water level float out of
order.
Remedy
• Refill with water.
• Retry a few minutes later.
• Check the plug . Switch on the heating
switch.
• Wait for 2 hours when first cooing.
Three hole wall outlet and protector of elec-
trical leakage are required.
Change a new keg.
