Cause Solution
Inspect and
reattach bidet hose
Open the shut-off valve
Close the knob completely.
Wait a few seconds
Occupy the seat before using
Unplug and replug the
power cord.
Clean the filter screen and
reconnect the bidet nuts.
Clean filter screen.
Plug in the power cord
Reset unit by holding and
pressing the reset button.
Turn on and adjust the temp.
After a wash cycle, the seat
temp will slowly rise.
Unplug and replug
power cord.
Occupy the seat before using
