Before using the plancha griddle , remove the plastic protective film.
o
Keep flammable materials at least 0.50 metres away during use (both around and under
the plancha griddle)
o
Never store or use flammable liquids or vapours in the proximity of the plancha griddle.
o
If you smell gas, immediately close the valve on the gas bottle.
o
When not in use, close the gas bottle.
o
Close the gas bottle tap after use
o
This appliance must be kept away from flammable materials during use.
o
Never move the appliance during use.
o
Any modification of the appliance is forbidden and will terminate the guarantee
o
If using a trolley, you must put your gas bottle in the designated place. The gas bottle must
be positioned between the 4 dedicated wedges on the base of the trolley. Should the
wedges not be at 90 °, please put them up before positioning the gas bottle (please read
the trolley user manual). Hooking up the gas must be done from the back.
o
Allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning.
o
Protective gloves are recommended when handling hot parts.
o
The parts encased by the manufacturer must never be handled by the user.
o
Never obstruct the ventilation openings.
o
Never change the bottle whilst near an ignition source.
Change your gas bottle in properly ventilated area away from any inflammable source
such as naked flames, cigarettes or any source of heat.
Repeat the leak test when changing the bottle.
Warning : Regularly empty the grease cup using protectives gloves if the cup is hot.

Turn on the gas bottle valve and push the safety button on the regulator.
o
Turn control knob to "high".
o
Push control knob in and push the Piezo ignition button. A series of sparks will
ignite the burner. Continue pushing the control knob in for 5 seconds and make
sure all the burners are lit.
o
Your appliance is in operation.
o
You can control the intensity of the flames by turning the control knob (the small
flame corresponds to the weakest intensity).
o
To turn off the plancha griddle, close the gas bottle valve and turn the control knob
to the off position.
o
If the Piezo starter is not working, you can light the burner with a large match.
