SEVILIA plancha griddle (refer to you type of plancha griddle model) is a plancha
griddle (hot plate cooking) compatible for use with Butane, Propane (6 and 13 KG bottles)
and natural gas ( France only).
This model is equipped with 2 burners.
Each burner is controlled by a flow control valve a progressive tap and a mechanic
This appliance is factory set to 28 mbar Butane and 37 mbar Propane gas.
The plancha griddle is designed to be used either on an optional trolley (see your supplier
or our web site) or on adequate flat support.
/!\ Do not place the plancha griddle on the floor.
Only use the 6 kg bottle maximum on our trolleys.
Use your plancha griddle on a level surface away from drafts.
Ensure that the plancha griddle is placed away from flammable material in a 0.50m radius
around the device and that the ambient air is constantly renewed.
Place your plancha griddle on a non-flammable support (type refractory brick, stainless
steel plate, tiles ....)
Never place your plancha griddle on a table covered with flammable material.
