ASSEMBLING THE JACK
This jack is completely assembled except for the handle (4). The handle (4) has two
sections: a lower section, and an upper section with a lock screw (3).
WARNING !
DO NOT overload the jack beyond its rated capacity of 3 tons
(2721 kg). Overloading the jack beyond is rated capacity can
cause damage to the jack and personal injury.
DO NOT move or dolly the vehicle while it is lifted on the jack.

• Remove the plastic block preventing the yoke (8) from
moving to an upright position.
• Slide the lower section into the upper section of the
handle.
• Connect the two parts of the handle by the lock screw
(3).
• Loosen the handle socket lock screw (1) located in the
yoke (8).
• Apply a small amount of grease to the handle socket
inside the yoke (8). Place the assembled handle into the
socket. Line up the square hole at the bottom of the
handle over the square bolt inside the yoke (8).
• Tighten the handle socket lock screw (1) and ensure
that the handle is properly engaged in the handle
sleeve. (See the page11 RELEASING TRAPPED AIR
section)

ALWAYS inspect the jack carefully before each use.
DO NOT use the jack if it appears to be damaged in any way
or does not function normally.
