Warning: Do not operate the heater near
baths, showers, wash basins, swimming
pools or any other basin containing
water.
The appliance must not be operated,
positioned or wall-mounted directly
underneath or in close proximity to any
wall socket.
Do not touch the air outlet grille, as it
becomes hot during operation.
Do not allow the power cord to touch
any hot part of the appliance.
To prevent the risk of fire, do not cover
the heater (eg with clothes or blankets).
This appliance is not intended for use by
any person (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lacking experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning the
use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
Do not leave the heater unattended
during operation. Hazards may occur, eg
when touching the heater or knocking it
over, or as a result of inappropriate
positioning.
Do not insert any objects through the
grille or into the interior of the appliance.
Always switch off and remove the plug
from the wall socket after use, and also
- in case of any malfunction and
- during cleaning.
Do not attempt to switch off the
appliance or to remove the plug from the
wall socket with wet hands.
Before the appliance is used, the main
unit as well as any attachments fitted
should be checked thoroughly for
defects. Should the appliance, for
instance, have been dropped onto a hard
surface, it must not be used any longer:
even invisible damage may have adverse
effects on the operational safety of the
appliance.
