Continuous operation
Should it be necessary to keep the flambé burner switched on
continuously, put the switch for continuous operation into the
"HOLD" position while the flame is burning. The flame now
keeps burning continuously. The recommended maximum
continuous operation time for the low flame setting is 60 minutes
and 35 minutes for the high flame setting. To switch the device
off, slide the sliding switch to the left into the "OFF position"
again. This will cut the gas flow and the flame will go out.
Gas adjustment dial
For regulating flame size, a gas adjustment dial is located
on the right side of the ignition button. The flame can be
controlled by shifting the dial to the right or left.
Higher flame: shift to right (+)
Lower flame: shift to left (–)
