START THE WATCH
After the watch is completely 1
wound, it will run for about
65 hours. To start the watch
again, please do the following:
SET TIME
When the crown is pulled to
1
position 1, a blue dot appears
on the dial and the minute
repeater is blocked.
To ensure that the set time of
the minute repeater is acousti-
cally correctly indicated, it is

recommended that the hands
(for setting the time) are
moved counterclockwise.

ACTIVATE MINUTE REPEATER
After activation of the minute
1
repeater, the current time is
acoustically indicated to the
minute with the help of two
chiming springs: low for the
hours, high/low for the quarter
hours, and then high for the
minutes.

Manually wind the movement
by rotating the crown at least
30 times in the clockwise
direction.
Pull the crown into position
1 as far as it will go. The sec-
ond hand stops, along with
the tourbillon cage.
Time adjustment active,
minute repeater blocked
Rotate the crown clockwise
and set the current time.
Time adjustment active,
minute repeater blocked
Push the crown back to the
starting position. The second
hand and the tourbillon cage
start moving again.
Normal time display

Push the minute repeater
activation lever down and
release it again. As long as
the time is acoustically indi-
cated, the crown cannot be
pulled out.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
To clean the outer surface of the watch,
wipe it gently with a microfiber cloth.
Minimize contact between the leather
straps and the water.
MAINTENANCE
As a mechanical instrument, a watch
requires maintenance by an authorized
service center about once every four
years.
GUARANTEE
Your Carl F. Bucherer watch was made
with great care by the most competent
watchmakers using the strictest quality
guidelines. However, if there is a defect
in materials or manufacture,
Carl F. Bucherer provides a two-year
guarantee from the date of purchase.
The guarantee does not cover normal
wear and tear or damage caused by
improper use of the watch. The guaran-
tee is valid if the guarantee certificate
was filled out completely by an official
Carl F. Bucherer dealer when the watch
was purchased. If there is damage,
please contact your official
Carl F. Bucherer dealer or an official
Carl F. Bucherer service center. Please
provide the watch with the completed

WATER-RESISTANCE
The Manero Minute Repeater
Anniversary Edition watch is water-
resistant to 1 atm; this means it is resis-
tant to drops of water and light rain.
Water-resistance is only guaranteed
when the crown is in the indicated start-
ing position. It is recommended that you
have the water-resistance checked once a
year by your Carl F. Bucherer retailer or
service center.
