ATTENTION!
Before using the product, please read this manual carefully. During operation, this instruction
must be stored together with other instructions and manuals securely in the place accessible to
personnel. To avoid personal injury and equipment damage, all the following requirements and
rules must be strictly observed.

Do not make any changes to the design of the device.
●
Do not submerge it.
●
Before using the device for the first time, it must be unpacked, removed from all the
packaging materials and protective films and washed thoroughly in accordance with the
cleaning instructions below.
●
Do not clean the device connected to the power supply.

Functions and purpose
2.1
The chip fryer is designed for frying products (potatoes) dipped into heated oil.
2.2
Products should be cut into small pieces. The smaller the pieces are, the faster they are
fried.

Installation
4.1
The power supply must be connected by a qualified engineer in compliance with all
the safety standards.
4.2
The device should be placed in a well-ventilated area, on a solid level surface. No
combustible items or materials may be stored nearby.
4.3
Remove the packaging film from the surface of the device.
4.4
The power cord must be connected according to the applicable safety standards. Make
sure that the voltage and frequency are consistent with the product working
characteristics. The device must be grounded!
5.
Operating instruction
Attention: During operation, the oil level should be above the middle of the tank!
5.1
Press the electric power switch, the red light is on, the power is supplied. Turn the
temperature control knob clockwise and set the desired temperature. At the same time,
the yellow light turns on and the red light turns off. The oil starts heating up.
5.2
When the temperature reaches the desired value, the thermostat automatically turns off
while the yellow indicator turns off and the red indicator turns on.
5.3
When the temperature drops slightly, the thermostat will automatically resume power
supply, at the same time the yellow indicator turns on and the red one turns off, the
