Tips
•
Even more juice can be gained if the pressure is built up slowly in the
starting phase. This leaves the flow path within the fruit pieces open. The
pressure can be easily regulated by opening and closing the faucet.
•
Pre-grind your fruit with a suitable mill to obtain the perfect flesh (not too
fine and not too coarse). Too fine a fruit mass can cause problems with the
press and makes it difficult to obtain the juice. A too coarse grinding also
prevents an optimal juice yield.
•
Before obtaining the juice, remove the stems from the grapes and squeeze
them well.
CLEANING AND CARE
•
Please clean the press as soon as possible after each use to prevent the
sweet juices or fruit residues from drying in the press.
•
Use only water and a brush/sponge or cloth to clean the press.
•
Never use a wire brush or other abrasive cleaning equipment.
•
The press cloth should also be thoroughly cleaned with water. The cloth
can be washed in the washing machine with detergent and a low water
temperature (max. 30 °C).
