Warranty Procedure
In the event service is required due to
defect or malfunction during the warranty
period, Nuvo Group USA Inc. will replace,
repair, or refund the product under
warranty. The repair, replacement, or
refund of the defective item is subject to
verification of the malfunction or defect
when delivered to:

Note: Nuvo Group USA Inc. expressly disclaims
liability for incidental, consequential, or special
damages of any nature to person or product. (Some
states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitation might not apply to you).

This warranty does not cover:
1. A defect that has been caused by repair
or modification;
2. A defect caused by negligence, accident,
improper operation or misuse of the product;
3. Normal wear and tear of the fabric;
4. The Lithium Polymer rechargeable battery;
5. Transportation costs and all risks of
transport relating directly or indirectly to
the guarantee of the product;
6. Accidents, lightning, water, fire, improper
ventilation, or any cause beyond the control of
Nuvo Group USA Inc.;
Any implied warranties shall be limited in
duration to the terms of this warranty. (Some
states do not allow limitation on how long an
implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation
may not apply to you.) This warranty gives
you legal rights, which may vary depending
on the state in which you reside.
Note: This warranty is valid only for products sold in
the USA. If you have purchased RitmoTM Pregnancy
outside of the USA, please contact your local
distributor for service.
