Question: Some of connected devices are not charged.
Answer: Despite the european standard about unification of power devices some companies
protect their products and so it is possible to charge them with the original/licensed power adapter
only.
Question: No LED lighting shows after pressing ON/OFF button.
Answer: The capacity is low (it is necessary to charge the power bank) or broken device (please
contact our service department).
