Software Installation
3.1 Display Driver
You need to connect the enhanced display driver for the operating system to take
advantage of your card's higher performance, resolutions, and special features.
Before proceeding with the
driver installation, you MUST
read the Readme.txt (figure 1)
in the DOC directory on the
Installation CD-ROM for the
installation procedures. Please
insert the installation CD-ROM
into your PC CD-ROM drive to
retrieve the said document.
Auto Installation
Your graphics card package contains
the display driver CD-ROM with
Autorun features. The Autorun
dialogue box automatically appears
after inserting the CD-ROM (figure
2
into the CD-ROM drive. Please click
"Launch ATI driver installation" on
the first pop-up window and click
"Video Adapter Easy Install" to start
If the dialogue box does not appear,
double click or run Atisetup.exe
(figure 3) at the root directory of the
CD-ROM. Proceed with the installation
as directed by the on-screen
instructions.
