1. BATTERY INSTALLATION
The X-LIGHT/X-WIRE works with 2, 1,5 volts LR03 type
mini batteries. Open the cover of the battery
compartment on the back of the remote and insert the
batteries with special attention to respect the polarity.
The transparent Device keys will emit 3 flashes to
indicate that X-Light/X-Wire is ready to be programmed.
2. NEW COMPUTER PROGRAMMING (valid only for X Light version)
This innovative system patented by Visa Electronics lets you program and operate in
few seconds the new remote X-Light, choosing from more than 500,000 models of
devices available in the catalogue that are constantly updated with news that occur in
the market.
For example, suppose you want to program X-Light for a TV
Connect to the web site www.xlightvisa.it dedicated to this product, enter the
Catalogue and select Brand and Model of the TV you want to program (the

model can be found on the instruction booklet or on the back or side of the
device).
After inserting the batteries and found the 3 flashes of the transparent device

keys left open the battery case compartment during the entire procedure.
Simultaneously pressing the Device key TV in the upper left and the red button
(A) in the lower left. Release: The selection keys are flashing.
Press now the OK button in the middle of the cruise to start being the process of

receiving from the monitor.
The device key TV emits a flash to confirm that the code that is acquiring will be
memorised on the TV bench..
Now bring near the remote to his image in the web page and pressing the
button START PROGRAMMING
Throughout the whole programming phase the transparent device keys will flash

continuously but unevenly (asynchronous) to indicate progress of code
acquisition state
The remote must be hold down in front of the screen.
Programming can be considered successfully completed when the transparent
device keys start flashing regularly intermittent (see Note). Now slip off the
batteries from their slot, enter them again after a few seconds and close the

battery case compartment
The procedure is finished:
The transparent device keys emit again 3 confirmation flashes:.
X-Light is ready to command your device.
Note: If you notice a single and prolonged flash, it means that there has been an
error and you must repeat the procedure from the beginning
For each device to be commanded you must repeat this procedure.
If you want to program X-Light 2 for a satellite device, digital terrestrial, follow the above
procedure whereas paragraph 3 varies as follows:
Simultaneously pressing the device key DTT / SAT in the upper right and the
red button (A) in the lower left corner and release:
The transparent device keys are flashing.
