1 Make sure that the toilet is connected to

1 Check fan for obstructions and ensure
that fan is rotating properly.
2 Reset toilet (hold down "Start").

3 Open lid until red light flashes, close lid
and press "Start". If error persists, call

1 If toilet is warm, reset toilet

and press "Start"
3 If unsuccessful, reset toilet, insert a bowl
liner and pour 3 cups of water into the
10 BEEPS liner, close lid and press "Start"

4 If unsuccessful wait until the toilet has
cooled (fan stopped) Restart toilet and
5 open lid when the hatch is opening,
remove stuck items manually. If problem
persists, call support
1 Adjust the position of the ash container,
rotate to the left side
2 Check that the stop pin on the container

3 Visually check the condition of the
magnet on the container. If problem
persists, call support
1 Reset the toilet.
2 Check bimetal thermostat on
right-hand-side of toilet. Unscrew grey
plug and push on fuse inside with finger:
do not use any sharp objects

4 If the fuse was not the problem, restart
toilet and try to start toilet. Repeat a
couple of times. If problem persists, call
