Warning! Operator and appli-
ance protection!
Please inform yourself about the local
supply voltage! The supply voltage
must match the set voltage (V) speci-
fied on the device.
• Set the voltage selector switch f to the
local supply voltage whilst the mains
plug is disconnected.
Switch position
Malfunctions!
If the supply voltage is 110 V and the
appliance setting is 230 V, malfunc-
tions will occur - the appliance will not
operate at full power.
Overload!
If the supply voltage is 230 V and the
appliance setting is 110 V, malfunc-
tions will occur - the appliance will
operate at too high a speed, over-
heat and may be destroyed. Risk
of burns! Pull out the mains plug
immediately, reset the 2-step slid-
ing switch to «0» and let the appliance
cool down for approx. 5 min.
Set the appliance to 230 V, reconnect
it to the power supply and switch
on again. If the appliance cannot be
switched on again or does not produce
warm air, the appliance is no longer
operative.
Drying hair
Your appliance is fitted with a 2-step tem-
perature and air volume sliding switch c. To
switch on and regulate the temperature and
air volume activate switch c. For precision
hair styling fit concentrator nozzle a onto
the air outlet opening.

cool down.
• Before cleaning, disconnect the appli-
ance from the mains.

or abrasive cleaning agent.
