TIPS FOR USE
- On first use, you should thoroughly wash all parts that will be in contact with the ice cream (such as
removable bowl, mixing blade, lid, measuring cup and spoon).
- Prepare the ingredients according to your own traditional recipe or following the suggestions at the end of
this user's manual.
- It is not necessary to freeze the bowl in advance in a freezer, since this ice-cream maker is equipped with a
built-in compressor which is able to freeze the ingredients during use.

plug into the correct socket. Set time with timer knob (5) and function with knob (4).
Function ICE-CREAM
Function COOL

When the fixed time is finished, the machine makes 10 beeps to highlight that the ice cream is ready.
KEEP COOL FUNCTION
When the ice cream making process finishes and timer arrives to zero, the machine runs the keep cool
function. The appliance keeps the ice-cream in temperature for a time up to one hour, in order to keep the
taste and the texture of fresh ice cream. After 1 hour the machine makes 10 beeps and switches off.
WARNING: when the operation is finished, put the knob function (4) in "OFF" position to switch off the
appliance, that otherwise remains in stand-by.
SUGGESTIONS
- Since the ice expands when it is formed, to avoid overflow and waste of ice-cream, please make sure that
the ingredients do not exceed 60-65% of the removable bowl capacity.
- Once the process is finished, remove the ice cream from the bowl by using a plastic scoop or a wooden
spoon. Do not use a metal scoop otherwise the bowl could be easily scratched.
CAUTION: To avoid risk of electrical shock, you should always unplug the unit from the electrical wall
outlet before serving.
