g) Troubleshooting
Nothing shown on the bicycle computer display
• Press any button to switch on the computer.
• Check the battery in the bicycle computer and replace it with a new one if necessary.
No recognition of wheel rotations, no data transmission by the wireless sensor.
• The distance between the wireless sensor and the magnet should be approximately 5 mm. You should
hear a soft click when the magnet passes the speed sensor. If necessary, mount the magnet on another
bicycle spoke. Turn the speed sensor inwards slightly to decrease the distance between the speed sensor
and the magnet (see "Installation and mounting")
• Check the position of the magnet and speed sensor relative to one another. The magnet must pass over
the part marked "SENSOR" in the front section.
• Check the battery in the speed sensor and replace it with a new one if necessary.
Black display
• The display was exposed to direct sunlight for too long. The display will work again when the screen
cools down.
Maintenance and cleaning
• The product does not require maintenance except for occasional cleaning. For cleaning, use a soft, anti-
static and lint-free cloth.
• Do not use abrasive or chemical cleaning agents.
• Do not immerse the product in water.
