Using the Desktop Hub
Please follow these Easy installation steps:
1. Plug the USB connector into your notebook.
2. Plug the AC power plug of the hub into your electrical socket
3. The hub will now be recognised by your computer
4. You can now connect up to 7 USB 2.0 devices, please note this device also
includes two High power and always on ports which can be used to connect to
devices that require more power. Each port has over current protection and an
LED light indicator which will glow when a USB device is connected to it.
The 3 AC socket power strip is surge protected and includes a separate single
ON/OFF switch so that you can control when AC power is available through these
3 sockets.
3 integrated AC power outlets with different 90 degree angles to cope with different
sizes of adapter plugs.
Targus Always On
The Targus Desktop USB 2.0 7-port Hub is equipped with "Targus Always On"
function. This enables the USB ports to continue providing power even when the
notebook is shut down. This allows you to charge the batteries of any USB
rechargeable accessory you may have connected.
