Note:
It is recommended, to apply some oil to the
components P, Q and D to increase their
durableness during storage.
Warning
The blade is very sharp. Be careful when
handling the blade.
Tips for processing foodstuffs
Meat grinder
• Remove tendons, gristles, bones etc. before
processing, in order to prevents blockage of
the meat grinder.
• Cut the meat into smaller cubs (approx. 2.5 x
2.5 x 2.5 cm) or oblong pieces.
• Push the meat down slowly and steadily. Do
not fill in too much meat at once.
• Use the grinding discs in the order from
coarse to fine.
Sausage production
• Push the sausage meat down slowly and
steadily. Do not fill in too much at once.
• Adjust the speed of pushing down the
sausage meat to the desired length and
width of the sausages.

Possible causes
• Interrupted power
supply.
• Product is overheated.
• Overfilled
• Continuous operation.
Kibbeh production
• Push the Kibbeh dough down slowly and
steadily. Do not fill in too much at once.
• It is helpful to pre-form smaller rolls or balls
before processing, in order to simplify the
actual processing.
• Make sure that the consistency of the
Kibbeh dough is suitable for processing and
that it's not too firm.
Spritz Biscuits
• Push the cookie dough down slowly and
steadily. Do not fill in too much at once.
• It is helpful to pre-form smaller rolls or balls
before processing, in order to simplify the
actual processing.
• Make sure that the consistency of the
cookie dough is suitable for processing and
that it's not too firm.
Note:
It is normal, that some meat, dough etc.
remains in the auger after processing.
Solution
• Check the power supply.
• The product is overheated. Unplug and
let the product cool down for approx.
30 minutes.
• Reduce content.
• The product is not suitable for
continuous operation. Unplug and let
the product cool down in order to avoid
overheating.
