Never use oxygen, nitrogen or flammable gases as source of
energy.
Check if all connections and hoses are mechanically secured and
if they are functioning properly. Loose hoses may cause severe
injuries. Only use quick coupling adaptors.
Disconnect the air tool from the compressed air source before
doing any maintenance work or when not in use.
Do not modify the air tool in any way and do not use it for any
unintended use. Only use original accessory. Not recommended
accessory can bear a risk of danger.
Only use the air spray gun in sufficiently ventilated rooms.
Always wear personal safety equipment when using the
spray gun. Toxic fumes and certain materials can be poi-
sonous. Those materials may create irritation or be other-
wise harmful to health. Follow the recommendations
shown on the signs or written on the data sheets. Always
wear a respiratory protection. The safety class of the
system has to be in accordance with the processed mate-
rials. Always wear safety gloves when processing varnish
or when cleaning the unit. We suggest wearing ear and
eye protection when operating the spray gun.
Do not spray any material if you do not know whether it is
potentially dangerous. Unknown materials could cause danger-
ous conditions.
Keep your hands and other body parts out of the spray jet. If the
spray jet pierces the skin, seek medical assistance immediately.
The sprayed material can even penetrate through a glove and
into the skin and thus into your body.
Do not treat such a penetration injury like a normal cut. A high-
pressure jet can inject toxic materials into the body and cause
serious injuries. In the event of a chemical penetration of the
skin, seek medical assistance immediately.
