Never use a damaged or malfunctioning

Data Sheets (MSDS) before using paint
and solvents.
Do not use Methylene Chloride
(Dichloromethane), 1,1,1-Trichloroethane,
or any halogenated hydrocarbon solvents
with this spray gun as it will react with the
aluminum and create an explosion hazard.
Do not spray acids, corrosive materials,
toxic chemicals, fertilizers or pesticides.
Dispose of hazardous fluid according to all
local, state, and national guidelines. Store
hazardous fluid in an approved container.
Wear the correct respirator. Consult
MSDS of material being used for
respiratory protection.
Keep area well ventilated at all times while
spraying and for sufficient time thereafter

to allow flammable vapors from drying
paint to be exhausted.
An explosive environment can result from
spraying flammable paints or finishes and
cleaning the gun.
Do not spray flammable materials in the
vicinity of open flames, pilot lights or near
other ignition sources including those
caused by hot surfaces, electrical sparks
and mechanically generated sparks due to
rubbing and friction.
Electric and gasoline motors, electrical
equipment and controls can cause
electrical arcs that will ignite a flammable
gas or vapor.
Never spray closer than 25 feet to the
compressor and if possible locate the
compressor in another room.
Do not switch electrical equipment on or
off in the spray area.
Portable electric lamps shall not be used in
any spray area during spray applications.
Do not smoke in spray area.
Never leave equipment unattended. Keep
away from children or anyone not familiar
with the operation of the spray gun.
