Self-emptying base
Problem
Self-emptying base flashing red.
The robot will map and calculate a new route
after operating under spot cleaning or after
having changed its starting position.
If the self-emptying base is very far away from
the robot vacuum cleaner, it will not be able to
charge back automatically. Manually move the
robot vacuum cleaner to the base.
Make sure the robot is not in Sleep mode, as it
will not resume cleaning in this mode.
It won't resume cleaning when it is placed
manually on the self-emptying base.
Make sure the robot is successfully connected
to a 2.4 GHz network and always in areas with a
good Wi-Fi signal.
Make sure the robot and the charging base are in
an area with good Wi-Fi signal, reset the router,
and try connecting them again.
Possible cause and solution
Dirt-disposal bag not installed or incorrectly
fitted. Check that the dirt-disposal bag is
installed correctly.
The dirt-disposal bag is full or the suction duct
is blocked. Check if the dirt-disposal bag is full
and if so, replace it with a new one. If the error
persists, rotate its self-emptying base and check
if there is an object blocking the lower duct. If
so, unscrew the transparent lid and remove the
object.
The fan of the self-emptying base does not
start. Frequent dust collection can lead to
overheating of the fan protection or failure of
the fan. It is recommended to collect the dust
again after about 30 minutes.
