Turn off the robot vacuum cleaner and turn it on
again.
Reset the robot by pressing the reset side
button.
The main brush, side brush, or omnidirectional
wheel may be blocked or tangled. Stop the robot
and clear them up.
The high-efficiency filter is blocked. Clear it.

Bad Wi-Fi signal. Check that the robot vacuum
cleaner is located in an area with good Wi-Fi
signal.
The Wi-Fi connection is unstable. Reset the

deactivated to improve the linking process.
Check if the robot vacuum cleaner is in night
mode and change mode. This option can be
found on the general settings of the robot
vacuum cleaner and allows you to define time
slots in which it will not perform the scheduled
cleaning tasks when it is on Sleep mode.
Make sure the robot vacuum cleaner is plugged
to the mains, that it will not be able to carry out
scheduled cleanings offline, and that the battery
is not low.
