EXTREME FRONT BUMPER
KIT PN 2879201
BUMPER REMOVAL
1. If your vehicle is equipped with a winch, remove the roller guide. Remove the existing front grille.
2. Remove the existing front bumper.
3. Remove the two existing bolts retaining the lower part of the winch bracket.
EXTREME BUMPER INSTALLATION
4. Assemble the
left k and right l supports onto

the back of the lower middle section j using the
Allen socket machine screws a and
M12-1.75 X 30 mm
the
flat washers c (finger tighten at this

5. Position the lower middle section assembly j onto

the front of the vehicle and fasten using the four
existing M10-1.5 bolts and the four existing
M10-1.5 nuts removed in steps 2 and 3 (finger
tighten at this time).
