After processing very salty and acidic food you should rinse the
blade right away. Do not touch the blade while cleaning. It is very
sharp. When processing food with colour, like carrots or beetroot
the blade may become discoloured. Please clean the blade with
vegetable oil to remove the discolouring.
Do not use metal or sharp items to clean the unit, because these
may damage the surfaces. Do not use aggressive chemicals.
Storing
You can hang up the motor unit by the provided hanging loop (8), so
you will have it always ready to hand.
