Problem
There is no reception
on the monitor
No images are shown
but sounds are heard
Images are only shown
in black and white
The parents' voices
cannot be heard on the
baby unit
The camera is not
transmitting
The baby cannot be

Interferences or
unsatisfactory reception
Possible Cause
The VOX mode is active
The monitor is out of range
The connection has been lost
between the monitor and a
camera which is already
connected.
The monitor battery charge is
low (check the LED indicator)
Check whether the camera is
in the night vision/"infrared"
mode
The adjustment of the baby
unit volume is too low
The Camera has not come on
Camera: The AC adapter has
not been plugged in
The VOX mode is active
The adjustment of the parents'
unit volume is too low
The sensitivity adjustment of
the baby unit is too low
There are mobile or wireless
phones too near the
surveillance device
Solution
To see the monitored area
continuously, you must
disconnect the VOX mode on
the monitor.
Bring the monitor closer to the
camera
Pair the camera with the
monitor again
Plug in the AC adapter or
charge the battery
To see the images in colour,
increase the light at the place
where the camera is located
Adjust the volume to the
highest level
Press and keep pressed in the
button (II) for 2 seconds
Plug in the AC adapter
To see the monitored area
continuously, you must
disconnect the VOX mode on
the monitor.
Adjust the volume to the
highest level
Increase the sensitivity level
adjustment of the baby unit
Keep the phones away from
the device
