Fasten the SKIRTS (O and P) to the BOTTOM (N). Use
eight BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through
the CORNER BRACKETS on the BOTTOM and into the
holes in the SKIRTS.

Fasten the SKIRTS (O and P) to the BOTTOM (N). Use
four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S) through
the METAL BRACKETS on the SKIRTS and into the holes
in the BOTTOM.
