How to clean the product?
• Before cleaning the product every time, unplug the power plug and let the machine cool down.
• Do not immerse the machine, power cord, power plug and power base in water.
• Make sure the electrical wiring is dry.
• Wipe the machine shell with a damp cloth. Do not use scouring powder, cleaning cream and other products to
clean.
How to remove scale?
In order to keep the machine in good working condition, it shall remove the scale frequently. If there is a clear
circle of spots on the heating plate at the bottom of the kettle body, it indicates that your thermostatic machine
needs to remove the scale. There are several ways to remove scale:
• Use special descaling products suitable for health kettle, and follow the product instructions.
• Add 0.5 liter of 8-degree white vinegar to the kettle, soak it for 1 hour, pour out the white vinegar, and wash it
with clean water for 4 ~5 times.
• Add 0.5 liter of water, then add 25 grams of citric acid, soak it in boiled water for 15 minutes, and wash with
clean water for 4 ~5 times.
