Please review this User Manual carefully so that you can be sure to get the most from your iPod, virtually anywhere you go.
  • Page 4 Car Setup Instructions 1. Turn down your car stereo’s volume. 2. Plug the Belkin TuneFM to your iPod (at the bottom of the iPod). 3. Plug the included Auto Power Cord to your cigarette lighter outlet in your car and to the bottom of your TuneFM for optional powering and charging in the car.
  • Page 5 The TuneFM transmitter function automatically turns on when the iPod is connected. It automatically turns off when the iPod is removed. 1. Insert the TuneFM into your iPod. The backlight of the iPod will turn on and the current transmitter frequency will be displayed on the TuneFM’s screen.

Push and hold the memo button for 1 or 2 seconds until you hear a beep to store the station. An audible beep sounds in the transmitted audio when the new frequency is programmed.
  • Page 7 Although the default volume setting will be ideal for most conditions, you may be able to improve the audio performance of your TuneFM by using the PRO setting. The PRO setting can make your music sound louder and fuller by decreasing the amount of attenuation in the audio signal.
