Press the basket release button to take the basket out of the oil catch pan. Clean the basket and oil catch
pan in hot water with a washing liquid and a non-abrasive sponge. Dry them well before use.

Clean the heating element inside of the housing (You can see it after pulling out the basket and oil catch
pan.) with a cleaning brush to remove any food residues.
Note: The basket and oil catch pan are dishwasher safe.

Possible cause

be cooked in a traditional deep fryer.

The crispiness of the fries depends on
the amount of oil and water in the
fries
Solution
Put the mains plug in an earthed wall socket.
Press the on/off button to turn on the
appliance.
Put smaller batches of ingredients in the
basket. Smaller batches are fried more
evenly.
Press "
the requied temperature or cook extra time.
Shake food halfway during the cooking time.
Use oven snackes or lightly brush some oil
onto the snacks for a crisper result.
When you fry greasy ingredients, oil will leak
into the pan. The oil preoduces white smoke
and the pan may heat up. This does not
affect the cooking result or hurt the
appliance.
Clean the pan properly after each use.
Use fresh potatoes and make sure that they
stay firm during frying

Rinse the potato sticks properly to remove
starch from the outside of the sticks.
