All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com Insert the Steering Rod 1. Turn the Powersport ATV onto its side to access the underside of the vehicle 2. Locate the curved steering rod 3. Slide the straight end of the steering rod through the hole of the middle steering wheel axle.

All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com Attach the Handlebar 1. Remove the long screw and nut from the handlebar 2. Align the handlebar over the top of the steering rod 3. While holding the steering rod from the bottom, slide the handlebar into the handlebar opening until the holes on the handlebar are aligned with the holes on the steering rod 4.

All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com Attach the Front Bumper 1. Slide the bracket on the inside of the front bumper onto the lower support bar on the front of the ATV body 2. Align the hole on the square bracket with the hole on the support body 3.

All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com Assemble the Front Wheels 1. Remove the tape from both sides of the front axle to access washers and snap pins 2. Slide the washer onto the axle 3. Slide the front wheel onto the axle. Ensure that the side of the wheel with the slots is facing out 4.

All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com Assemble the Rear Wheels Helpful Tip: If you encounter trouble tting both wheels onto the rear axle, then your rear wheel axle may need to be realigned. Remove both wheels from the rear wheel axle.

All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com Attach the Seat 1. Align the plastic tab on the front of the seat with the groove on the seat compartment 2. Position the back of the seat with the hole on the back of the seat compartment.

All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com Operation Instructions 1. ON/OFF: Flip the power switch to “On” to turn on the ATV. Flip the power switch to “Off” to turn the ATV off. The ATV should be turned off when not in use to save the battery. 2.

All manuals and user guides at all-guides.com Battery Removal 1. Remove the seat 2. Disconnect the red battery connector from the red engine connector 3. Loosen and remove the screw from the battery strap 4. Slide the battery strap out from the battery strap slot 5.

Keep away from children. Charge the battery for 24 hours before using the vehicle for the rst time.

Regularly inspect the charger, cord, plug, and other related parts for damage. Remove any damaged parts and immediately contact Customer Service for replacement parts.
