> PUSH and HOLD for two seconds the Mode button.
The Seconds on the top will blink.
> PUSH the Search ST/STP or the Lap Reset button to
select the desired seconds (note: the seconds are in
5 second increments).

PUSH the Mode button. The minutes will blink.
>
PUSH the Search ST/STP or the Lap Reset button to
select the desired minutes.
> PUSH the Mode button. The hours will blink.
> PUSH the Search ST/STP or the Lap Reset button to
select the desired hours (max is 23 hours).
> PUSH the Mode button. The Timer Mode type will blink.

CHRONOGRAPH, TIMER
> PUSH the Search ST/STP or the Lap Reset button
to select mode 1, 2, or 3.
> PUSH and HOLD for two seconds the Mode button
to set the time. The original count down time will remain
displayed on the top, the count down will happen on
the bottom.

> PUSH the Search ST/STP button to start.
> PUSH the Search ST/STP button to stop.
> PUSH and HOLD for two seconds the Lap Reset
button to reset.
When the alarm sounds, press any button to
stop the beeping.

CARE OF IT. BUT, THIS DOESN'T MEAN THAT YOU CAN
TRASH YOUR WATCH ON THE CURB OR LIFT TOWER OR
RUN OVER IT WITH YOUR SKATE, BIKE, OR CAR OR ANY
OTHER NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR AND EXPECT THE
WORLD. THIS ALSO DOESN'T COVER BATTERIES,
CRYSTAL, WATCH CASE, STRAP OR BRACELET, LOSS
OR THEFT. IF YOU NEED THESE THINGS REPAIRED WE
CAN DO IT FOR A NOMINAL CHARGE. YOU WILL VOID
THE WARRANTY IF YOU OPEN YOUR CASEBACK, PUSH
THE BUTTONS UNDERWATER, OR FORGET TO SCREW
DOWN THE CROWN.
