BTI provides a facility for the collection and
recycling of BTI products once they have reached
the end of their working life. To take advantage
of this service please return your product to any
authorised repair agent who will collect them on
our behalf.
You can check the location of your nearest
authorised repair agent by contacting your local
BTI office at the address indicated in this manual.

and full details of our after-sales service and
contacts are available on the Internet at:

GUARANTEE
Each tool, spare part or accessory
is consistently checked before being
dispatched from the manufacturing plant.
If, despite this fact, there are any defects,
please send the item directly to our Client
Services Headquarters of the firm BTI.
The guarantee period is 36 months and
starts from the day of purchase, which must
be proved by the original of the purchase
document. During the guarantee period the
producer guarantees:
• Free removal of possible defects;
• Free replacement of all damaged parts;
• Free professional servicing.
The requirement is that these are material
and/or manufacturing defects and that there
has not been any inappropriate operation
[of the machine]. Furthermore, only original
accessory parts may be used, which BTI
has expressly identified as suitable for
the operation with BTI machines. The BTI
contact addresses are given on the back of
this manual.
