- switching off all cooking modes;
- "Combined" mode: all heating elements are functioning, the fan works in the steam
humidification mode;

"Steam" and "Combined" modes make it possible to control
the amount of steam fed. Depending on the food to be cooked,
select the desired steam power by turning the knob to the
values from minimum to maximum
turning the knob to the minimum value, steam supply is
blocked.
The temperature control knob is used for adjusting the
heating temperature of the oven chamber in the range of 50
to 200 °C. The oven maintains the set temperature until the
cooking process is completed. By turning the temperature
control knob to "0", the oven will be switched off.
To switch between cooking modes, turn the knob to the
desired position:
- defrosting mode: heating elements do not work, only
the fan is functioning;
- convection mode: heating elements and the fan are
functioning;
