Thank you for selecting our product. Please read this manual to operate the product
safely and to ensure its maximum service life. We strongly advise to keep the manual for
the whole life of the product.
! This product is intended for use in public catering enterprises.
1. PREPARE FOR OPERATION
● Remove all packing materials, leaflets, plastic bags, etc. from the surfaces and from
inside the product prior to use.
● Then set the thermostat to maximum value and switch on the empty oven. Wait for
5-10 minutes. This burn-in procedure removes all foreign smells that could appear due
to application of materials preventing external impacts during transportation to the
heating elements. Ventilate the room.
● Thoroughly wash all accessories prior to use.
● Never block the power socket with the oven.

PRIOR TO USE
● Make sure that the oven door is operable. Part of the door is glass, and it should be
handled with care. Never allow cold water on the hot glass surface.
● Oven should be installed on smooth plane surface at height of ~85 cm from the
floor.
● Do not move the oven when in use.
●
DO NOT USE the oven if:
- power supply cable is damaged;
- the product fell down, does not work or has external damages.
● The hopper runs out of water for ~110 min in the "Steam" mode. Keep in mind to
add water into the hopper as soon as it runs out of it.
● Switch off the oven when disconnecting the hopper for water filling;
● To avoid burns, be careful when opening the oven door if the device is functioning;
● Never place the oven near other heat sources.
● Never leave any foreign objects on top of the oven.
● Never block the ventilation holes.
● The product is not intended to be built-in.
● Do not place anything on the open door of the oven.
● If the product is not used for a long time and is going to be cleaned, disconnect it
from the power source.
3.
SAFETY DURING CONNECTION
● Prior to connecting the product make sure that:
- power network voltage conforms to the rated value;
