Please note the following safety notes to avoid malfunc-
tions, damage or physical injury:
 Make sure the voltage corresponds to the type label on the unit.
 Persons with limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities are not
allowed to use the unit, unless they are supervised and briefed for their
safety by a qualified person.
 The unit is fragile and does not belong in the hands of children. Do not
drop down or hit the unit.
 The power socket to which the outdoor socket is connected has to
be protected by a residual current device (RCD).
 Before connecting a consumer, make sure the max. electrical load
does not exceed 3680 Watts.
 Do not cascade the outdoor socket.
 Do not disassemble the unit and do not attempt to repair it yourself.
The outdoor socket does not contain parts serviceable by you. If the
housing, electrical components or the power cord become damaged,
do not operate the unit further more.
 Do not jam the power cord or pull it around edges. Do not pinch the
power cord in any way and keep it away from hot surfaces. Do not wind
the cord around the unit and do not bend it. Make sure the cord does
not become a tripping hazard.
 Always place the outdoor socket horizontally on a level surface and
never place the unit with the sockets facing up.
 Do not place the unit on surfaces that are watered. Keep a safe
distance to impounding ponds or similar water reservoirs.
 Do not cover the outdoor socket during use.
 The unit is designed for operation in altitudes of up to 2000 m above
sea level.
 The outdoor socket is splash-proof (IP44). But do not immerse it in
water.
