Step 1: Slide Legs (Part B) through holes in the
Locking Top Box (Part G) until the bolt holes on
the Legs align with the holes on the Locking Top
Box.
Step 2: Insert Long Bolts with Washer from
Hardware Bag (Part K) through the Holes in the
legs and use 1 spring washer, 1 washer and a nut
to fasten. DO NOT TIGHTEN COMPLETELY AT
THIS TIME. Repeat for all four corners.
Step 3: Repeat steps 1 and 2 for bottom tray
(Part D). Tighten all hardware completely.
Step 4: Turn Cart upside down as shown in
Illustration 1
Step 5: Insert Casters (Part I) into holes at the
bottom of the legs. Make sure to install both
swivel casters on the same side. Use a Rubber
Mallet to make sure legs are fully installed.
Step 6: Arrange the Drawer Pieces as shown in
Illustration 2 *Make sure the lip on part F goes
under parts E and that the ball bearing slide tab is
facing upwards, as shown in Illustration 3.
Step 7: Use Short Bolts and 2 Washers from
Hardware Bag (Part K) on each side to attach
Both Parts E to Part C. Only attach the bolts on
the top of these parts and leave the remaining
holes empty for the next step.
Step 8: Align the holes in the partially assembled
Drawer with the holes in the Locking Top Box
(Part G) and use Short Bolts and 2 Washers from
Hardware Bag (Part K) for each hole.
Step 9: Flip the Cart onto its Casters and
completely tighten all hardware.
Step 10: Carefully align the Drawer (Part H) with
the slides and push it into place. Make sure you
hear clicks to know it is properly aligned.
Step 11: Attach Drawer Handle (Part J) using 4
Small Screws from Hardware Bag (Part K)
CAUTION: DO NOT FORCE THE DRAWER
ONTO THE SLIDE RAILS.
This may cause permanent damage to the slide
roller bearings.
